On this day in 1987 in Montreal, representatives of industrialized countries signed an agreement on the reduction of harmful industries, the main cause of the formation of ozone holes.
However, there is another hypothesis of the destruction of the ozone layer, where the cause of the disaster is not a person at all.
The author of the hypothesis, Doctor of Geological and mineralogical Sciences Vladimir Leonidovich Seryushkin, in 1990 proposed a "hydrogen" concept of ozone layer destruction, then based on it created a degassing theory of global catastrophes, which explains the connection of the ozonosphere with weather anomalies, who is responsible for the mass death of birds and fish around the world and how the Moon affects explosions in coal mines.
