The plans of Roscosmos for the development of the Earth satellite were discussed at the Space Council of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
Russia may take part in the creation of a near-lunar international orbital station.
It doesn't matter that there is no atmosphere on the moon, but there are useful resources that will allow not only to live on this planet, but also to build spaceports to send rockets and ships even further.
