Annotation:
The hero of the famous novel of Fyodor Dostoevsky's "Crime and punishment", Rodion Raskolnikov, imagines himself as a special person, a "Russian Napoleon", who is allowed to commit murder for the sake of the future happiness of all people, kills the old lady. This is the story of the mid-nineteenth century.

Now, in 2001, journalist and writer Pyotr Kozhevnikov - our contemporary - decides to follow the literary and geographical path of the murderer Rodion Raskolnikov.
The hero is immersed in the real environment of modern St.
