On June 11, 1990 the Constitutive Congress of the USSR Peasant Union took place in the Cinema and Concert Hall “Rossiya” [“Russia”] with the participation of chairmen of collective farms and agriculture workers. The film tells about the history of establishing collective farms and their present state of affairs.
