Vladimir Mikhailovich Myasishchev is a Soviet aircraft designer, major General of the aviation service, the creator of a strategic supersonic bomber with an intercontinental flight range and a high-altitude reconnaissance aircraft capable of making long flights at an altitude of more than 20 kilometers, as well as many other aircraft for military and civil aviation.
